A short walking parade for the kids and the annual decorated golf cart parade will fill the Chalker Beach streets as we kick-off the Independence Day celebration. Prizes will be awarded for patriotic costumes and decorated golf carts. See below for more details.

About the event
Please Line Up at the Tucker Road Clubhouse starting at 9:15AM. Walkers will step-off at 9:45AM for a short walk to the beach and golf carts will depart at 10:30AM. Both parades will end at the Beach Clubhouse where refreshments will be served and the American Flag will be raised with the singing of the National Anthem. Prizes will be awarded for the best patriotic dress of the walkers and best decorated golf carts. Rain date is Saturday July 5th.
